1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants who register for or attend any programme offered by Suk Savings, located at 84/6 Mittraphap Road, Nai Muang, Muang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand.

By enquiring, registering, or paying for any of our programmes, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before enrolling — we are always happy to answer questions at your own pace.

2. Our Programmes

Suk Savings provides financial education programmes designed for adults aged 40 and above. Our offerings include:

• Simple Ingredients — a three-session introductory programme (฿4,200)
• The Family Recipe — a six-week structured course (฿6,900)
• The Whole Table Programme — a ten-week planning programme (฿9,700)

All content is educational in nature. Nothing presented constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or regulated financial services under Thai law.

3. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed once full payment has been received. Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in advance unless a written arrangement has been agreed separately.

We will send you a receipt and joining instructions by email. Please allow up to two working days for this confirmation to reach you.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 14 or more days before the start date: full refund, less a ฿300 administration fee.
• 7–13 days before the start date: 50% refund of the programme fee.
• Fewer than 7 days before the start date: no refund, though we will do our best to transfer your place to a later session where possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us by phone or email at [email protected]. All requests will be handled with care and without pressure.

5. Programme Changes

Suk Savings reserves the right to reschedule, adjust, or cancel a session if circumstances require it (for example, if a minimum number of participants has not been reached, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances).

In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer either a transfer to another session date or a full refund.

6. Educational Purpose Only

All materials, sessions, worksheets, and discussions provided by Suk Savings are intended for general educational purposes. They do not replace professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

We encourage all participants to consult a licensed financial professional before making decisions about savings, investments, or retirement planning. Our programmes are designed to support and inform those conversations, not to replace them.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including printed guides, worksheets, planning notebooks, and recorded sessions — are the intellectual property of Suk Savings. They are provided for personal use by the enrolled participant only.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with others outside of your household without our written consent.

8. Participant Conduct

We work hard to keep our sessions warm, respectful, and welcoming for everyone. We ask all participants to treat fellow learners and facilitators with consideration. Suk Savings reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful, without a refund.

9. Your Personal Data

We handle your personal information with care, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Suk Savings is not liable for any financial outcomes that arise from actions taken following our educational sessions. All financial decisions remain the responsibility of the individual participant.

Our liability in relation to any claim arising from your participation in a programme is limited to the programme fee you have paid.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be handled under Thai jurisdiction, and we will always seek to resolve concerns by conversation first.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued enrolment in any programme after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
